Ember Mats does not offer returns or exchanges for user error or buyer’s remorse. If you don’t claim a shipment, or if for any reason the shipment is returned to our facility, you are liable for costs associated with reshipment.
Exchanges, returns, and refunds are only provided for misprinted/damaged/defective items and claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims for shipments lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimate delivery date. If you receive a defective or damaged item, a new item will be shipped at no cost to you. If the shipment is lost in transit, we will ship a new item at not cost to you.
